Membership of the Church Board


1.   Membership of the General Board shall be composed of the officers of the congregation, elders, deacons, trustees, chairpersons of standing committees, and the chief elected officers of major constituency groups of men, women, and youth.

2.     The minister(s) of the congregation shall serve as member(s) ex officio.

3.     25 percent of the members of the general board shall constitute a quorum; therefore we need at least 22 members at board meetings to conduct business.
