Places to Plug In

Many teams of workers at First Christian build friendships and grow together as Christians while they provide services that help the church do its work. Opportunities abound for interested people to use their skills and have fun working with others on short term and long term projects.

Behind the scenes opportunities for service here at the church include greeting, making coffee, setting up for the musicians, operating the computer and the sound system, ushering, and tidying up the sanctuary after the services.  Other opportunities exist in all the music programs.  Some high commitment areas of service are in Stephen Ministry, youth groups, and teaching.  Church groups also work away from the church on projects out in the community.

All who are not currently involved in the work of the church and those currently involved, but ready to learn something new, are invited to step into a new adventure in fellowship with others.  Click on a link above and find yourself a spot that will be your special place in fellowship at First Christian Church.
